Founder / Owner
Dan (Dan Your Favorite Insurance Man!) has been in the business for over 20 years! He LOVES all his clients and is willing to make sure they have a flawless & the best experience. He loves his Lake Point Team and trains them personally. His hobbies include community activities in Lake Point, books, outdoor activities, family activities, church, pickle ball, etc.
Jill Crawford
The Real CEO
Jill has been with the company since the beginning. She brings a lot of experience in the training/mentoring department. Jill is a great leader in the admin arena and always able to find folders like no other! Her Hobbies are to keep Dan somewhat normal, pickleball, tennis, and cooking Kamut bread.
Brittany Ashworth
Auto, Home, & Commercial Manager
Britt has incredible skills in the Insurance World and outside the Insurance world. She always makes sure she delivers with every client she talks to too! She enjoys hanging out at the lake, because family time is very important to Britt!
Lindsay Blauser
Director of Operations
Lindsay has an incredible skill set, in and out of the office. As our longest tenured employee and our Director of Operations, she thrives on helping our office run smoothly and efficiently. She loves health insurance and helping people navigate that space. She takes great pride in helping other agents learn how to be the best in the business! In her spare time, Lindsay can be found coaching soccer, leading her horse 4-H club, watching her kids compete in sports or rodeo, or taking her family on crazy adventures!
Grace Phillips

Grace is our dedicated Health & Life agent that thrives in the thick of the insurance world! She loves to complete her insurance daily tasks and in tip top shape. She always strives for excellence in everything she does. Her hobbies include making jewelry, hanging out with family, and loving her K Man!

Rachel works as our Human Resource Specialist. She loves to talk to our employees and our clients to establish their need and get them started with one of our agents. Rachel loves the community she serves and has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of each customer she interacts with. Rachel has a passion for traveling and making lasting memories with her family. She can also be found cheering her son on at one of his various sporting events.

Marketing & Social Media
Ceili (Kaylee) is our marketing genius! She currently teaches music and has her own music studio! She is a marketing manager for another company and owns an Etsy shop as well. She loves helping our future clients that find us all over the internet! Outside of doing all Ceili’s businesses she loves photography, music, going on walks/being outside, and mastering hairstyles!

Admin Assistant & Fun Coordinator
Calli brings a passion for loving our Lake Point Insurance Clients on a daily basis! She loves people and you will know it when you talk to her on the phone! Hobbies: Loving her kids and making sure they are taken care of. Parties with friends/family. Hanging with her LP Insurance Team!

As a dedicated health agent, Nicole assists clients in navigating their health insurance options and securing the coverage they need, including life and disability insurance. With a focus on personalized service and client satisfaction, she ensures that every client feels confident in their insurance choices. Outside of work, Nicole, a mother of two, enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on her son at wrestling matches.

Ashley recently joined Lake Point Insurance as our Dream Director! Ashley is a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with a proven track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful solutions. Her expertise lies in streamlining operations, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
In this new role, Ashley is looking forward to becoming the best version of herself and helping others thrive! Outside of work, Ashley enjoys baking, cooking, organizing and decorating and is passionate about serving others.
Alondra Castillo
Customer Service Representative
Alondra is a Customer Service Representative on our H&A team. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping people and making sure their needs are taken care of with care and attention, she brings energy, curiosity, and purpose to everything she does.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her listening to true crime podcasts, listening to Latin music, attending concerts or spending quality time with her nieces, nephew, friends, and cat Cheddar.
She also loves baking sweet treats, hiking, and learning new things.
Taris Morgan

Taris is a customer service representative and has been in customer service for almost five years and is all about making sure clients feel comfortable and confident with the help they get. She’s great at making things easy to understand and providing thoughtful solutions that keep customers coming back.
With a mix of patience, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail, Taris always strives to create a smooth experience for everyone she works with. Whether it's handling tricky problems or just answering quick questions, her goal is to make every client feel valued and heard.
When she's not helping clients, Taris loves spending time with her husband, riding horses, hunting, baking, and diving into all kinds of crafts. Her mix of professional skills and personal interests gives her a well-rounded, down-to-earth approach to both work and life.

Gracie Rees is a dedicated Customer Service Representative with nearly three years of experience building strong connections with clients and delivering high-quality support. Known for her friendly demeanor and commitment to creating positive experiences, Gracie takes pride in helping customers find effective solutions and feel valued. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crocheting, and exploring new places through travel. Gracie brings warmth, attention to detail, and a people-first approach to everything she does—both professionally and personally.
Tate Bell
IT Specialist
Tate started as an intern for us during his senior year of high school and has since demonstrated his knowledge in programming and hardware as he has worked to keep our devices running in tip-top shape. Tate has an outstanding attention to detail, and been a huge help in updating our website and fixing our computers. Outside of work, Tate loves to play the guitar, snowboard, and program!

Alex is a customer service rep who loves talking to everyone about their home and auto needs! She is ready to take on any challenge you throw at her and keep you smiling during the process. Outside of work Alex loves cooking, reading any book she can get her hands on, chasing her 2 sons, watching her husband play hockey, and watching nerdy movies with her family.

Jeanette brings two years of experience working as an Insurance Assistant, where she specializes in providing primary quotes and assisting clients with backend tasks for home and auto insurance. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, she takes pride in making the insurance process seamless for those she serves. Outside of work, she is a dedicated family person who loves spending quality time with her child and is a proud cat person. A true homebody at heart, she enjoys cozy movie marathons with her family, making the most of those special moments together.
Brittany Davies
Accountant
Brittany currently works as an accountant for LPIA and Tooele Technical College. She loves sports, family, traveling and laughing with friends. Brittany is a former Stansbury High School Basketball Coach, Alpine Academy Math/PE Teacher and Bonneville Academy PE teacher. She is from Beaver, UT and loves spending time there at the family cabin. Brittany is married with six children and is the proud Grammie of a beautiful 2 yo grand-daughter, Kyra.

Outside of work, Erlyn channels her adventurous spirit through her passion for travel. Despite a busy schedule, her top priority remains her family, and she consistently prioritizes spending quality time with them.
Jellie Dela Cruz
Customer Service Representative
For two years, Jellie served as an insurance support representative, primarily managing administrative duties and ensuring the accuracy of policy records for our clients. Jellie's main goal is to grasp client needs and deliver prompt, accurate service. When she's not assisting customers, Jellie enjoys quality time with my family and her somewhat moody cat. Her leisure activities include playing badminton, exploring nature trails with friends, or even attending live concerts. She's incredibly excited to be a part of Lake Point Insurance!
